Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

The hotel had an amazing view of the city, especially from the Panorama bar on the top floor. The cocktails were a bit pricey, but the view definitely made up for it. Another great thing about the hotel was the spa. The indoor pool was more like a jacuzzi, but it was still nice to relax in. And they also had a larger outdoor pool, perfect for taking a dip and enjoying the sunshine.

The location of the hotel was not the best. It was a bit far from the old town, so it took us more than 20 minutes to walk there.

I called ahead to inquire about any special arrangements, and the staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They understood the significance of our visit and suggested arranging a surprise for us.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, with some great places to eat nearby and is a convenient base for sightseeing in the city. The Panorama restaurant offers stunning views, while the main restaurant downstairs offers delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch.

One negative aspect is that the windows can be a bit dusty, affecting the view.

We loved the location of the hotel, situated on a major avenue in the central business district, convenient for transportation to the tourist area. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the waiters and waitresses provided excellent service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a good neighborhood with easy access to the city center. There were some great places to eat nearby and we loved grabbing a coffee at the local coffee shop. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and separate toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the club lounge was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, a nice treat after a long day of exploring.

The maid forgot to replenish the coffee twice during our stay.

This hotel provided us with the most luxurious experience we could have hoped for. the Spa & Wellness Centre had a wide range of exclusive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the service we received was exceptional, with friendly staff who catered to our every need. the restaurant's special diet menu was perfect for my partner's dietary requirements.

Our only minor issue was that the live entertainment was not as impressive as we expected. this was only a small inconvenience, and it did not affect our amazing stay.

Excellent service, caring staff, personalized attention, convenient car parking, delicious food.

Housekeeping issues, old and frayed towels, hit and miss replenishment of bathroom items, lack of bedside tables and lamps in some rooms, low water pressure in shower.
